Another excellent natural remedy for mild cases of hives is to apply, in the whole body, a mixture of green clay with essential oil of peppermint, and 30 mL of gel of aloe. Simply add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and apply on the skin, leaving it act for a few minutes. In the end, should rinse with warm water.

Other measures that may help is to wear lightweight clothing, comfortable and not tight and preferably cotton, avoid soaps too abrasive and choose those that are soft and have a neutral pH, apply sunscreen lotion always before leaving the house and avoid scratching the skin.
